Meanwhile, the Hellenes do NOT do ANYTHING to make http://www.mfa.gr
publish DETAILED information (including photographs and all the vast
documentation available) about the Hellenic Genocide, the MANY
criminal lies from Vardarska/FYROM*, the invasion of Cyprus
and the persecution of the Hellenes of Northern Ipiros .
It's HORRIBLE to watch the Hellenes losing battles they could EASILY
win, because they were taught by their enemies that LOVING THEIR OWN
NATION is something "condemnable", that they should not even fight
because they "can't win", that they "don't deserve" to make Justice
prevail because they "are guilty for the crimes against Hellas ".
The decades-long work to break the resistance of the Hellenes had
some strong results but they can still AWAKE. They NEED to.
The positions of the Hellenes are so strong that they can in a SHORT
TIME denounce all crimes against Hellas .
They can EASILY alert all Europeans about what Turkey REALLY is. They
can EASILY demand that Turkey joins the European Union only IF it
becomes truly civilized (with MEMORIALS to remember the Hellenic
Genocide, like Germany do about the Holocaust).
They can EASILY make the ENTIRE world consider RIDICULOUS any
attempt to dissociate the Macedonians from the other Hellenes. They
can make EVERYONE realize that it's even MORE ridiculous to associate
the Bulgarians and Serbians of Vardarska/FYROM* to the Hellenes.
Anyway, the Hellenes can EASILY denounce ALL crimes against them. But
they need to DECIDE to do it. They need to realize they DESERVE to do
it and that the rest of the world deserves to know those crimes. In
other words, the Hellenes need to CHOOSE to build a better future,
instead of watching their own country being ENCIRCLED and DESTROYED.

Kosovo's status must change, US Ambassador to Albania Marcie Ries
said during her address at an event organized by the Institute for
Balkan Studies (IMXA) in Thessaloniki on Monday.
Ries said that Albania had adopted a constructive stance during the
Kosovo crisis since the country resisted the use of violence.
Regarding minorities' rights in Albania , Ries cited recent statements
by Foreign Minister Besnik Mustafaj regarding progress the Albanian
government wishes to make in this area.
She also noted that joining the European Union and NATO are a core
priority for Albania in terms of its foreign policy and said that she
believed there was social consensus regarding economic and social
reforms.
Ries pointed out that the US in cooperation with the EU is helping
Albania to achieve stability.
As for the economy, she said that some progress has been made, but
that the issues of poverty and unemployment need to be addressed,
particularly in rural areas.
Among those attending the event were US Ambassador to Greece
and Ries' husband, Charles Ries, Thessaloniki Prefect Panayiotis
Psomiadis and Cypriot Consul in Thessaloniki Antonis Theocharous.
